Sonographer ultrasound technician
·         Duties and responsibilities: they should be prepare for Prepare patients for procedures by taking a patient’s history and answering any questions about the procedure
·         Prepare and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment
·         Operate equipment to obtain diagnostic images or conduct tests
·         Analyze the images or test results to check for quality and adequate coverage of the areas needed for diagnoses
·         Recognize the difference between normal and abnormal images and other diagnostic information
·         Analyze diagnostic information to provide a summary of findings for physicians
·         Record findings and keep track of patients’ records
Salary: $44,990-91,070
Education:
Colleges and universities offer both associate’s and bachelor’s degree programs in sonography and in cardiovascular and vascular technology. One-year certificate programs also are available from colleges or in hospitals, although these are usually useful only to those who are already employed in related healthcare jobs, such as a radiation therapist. Employers typically prefer candidates with degrees or certificates from accredited institutes or hospital programs. Most programs also include a clinical component in which students earn credit while working under a more experienced technologist in a hospital, physician’s office, or imaging laboratory.

Osteopathic Physician, D.O.
Duties and responsibilities: Osteopathic physicians use accepted methods of diagnosing and treating injuries and diseases.  Although they practice in all branches of medicine and surgery like pathological physicians (M.D.s), they differ by emphasizing the importance of the musculature system, holistic medicine, proper nutrition, and environmental factors in maintaining good health.   
Salary;  $110,000
Education: Students should take the most challenging high school courses (including AP or BI courses) available in science, math, and English. After three or four years of college, prospective physicians must attend medical school.  Undergraduate requirements for admission to all medical schools include one year of basic chemistry, one year of organic chemistry, one year of biology, and one year of physics.  Some medical schools also require course work in calculus, English, the humanities, or social science.

Operating Room technician


Duties and responsibilities:     
Operating room technicians are also called surgical technicians or surgical technologists.  They assist in preparing operating rooms for surgery.
Salary: $16,000 - $22,000
Education: A high school diploma or GED certificate is required.  Many vocational and junior colleges offer   programs in operating room technology, and training may also be taken at large hospitals.  Programs vary between one year to two years.




Reflection: I would like to have a good job and have money to be a responsible person, and say no to drugs and all that staff.

Education: Being a nursing home administrator requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration. However, most nursing home administrators have master's degrees in long-term care administration, health services administration, public health or business administration.

like wear the correct uniforms , don't paint the walls, help each other’s, and pay attention to the teachers when they are speaking and keep your classroom clean to others can use the same one. and teacher have the responsibility to punish the students if they need.

Duties and responsibilities:
·         Obtain patient information for the telemetry records, such as heart rhythm history.
·         Observe the monitor screen, which displays up to 24 patients’ heart rhythms.
·         Interpret heart rhythms and identify abnormalities.
·         Post representations and interpretations of heart rhythms.
·         Recognize changes in heart rhythms and relay the information to a nurse or physician.
·         Operate the patient-monitoring computer.
·         Clean and maintain the telemetry battery packs and wiring.

Education: students interested in this career should take math, science and computer technology courses in high school.

reflection: I would like to be a Monitor surveillance technician, because I like the courses of technology and I love science , math , not to much but I can I think.

Medical Assistant
Duties and responsibilities:
·         Medical assistants typically do the following:
  • Take patient history and measure vital signs
  • Help the physician with patient examinations
  • Give patient injections as directed by the physician
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Prepare blood for laboratory tests
Salary:$28,000-33,840.
Education: they should needed a high school diploma , and haven’t take biology, and chemistry and anatomy. Medical assistants typically have a high school diploma or equivalent. There are no formal educational requirements for becoming a medical assistant in most states. However, some medical assistants graduate from formal education programs, and employers may prefer such training. Programs are available from community colleges, Some states may require assistants to graduate from an accredited program or pass an exam or both to do advanced tasks, such as taking x rays and giving injections.

Industrial Hygienist
Duties and responsibilities:
As the industrial hygiene profession itself continued to evolve, it was believed that more people were doing industrial hygiene-like work but would otherwise be unable to qualify for the CIH due to some aspect of their education or experiences. These individuals were still making valuable contributions to the prevention of occupational and non-occupational illnesses. It was felt that professional certification would improve recognition of their contributions by management, employees and the public. ABIH offered the Certified Associate Industrial Hygienist (CAIH) program to meet this perceived need. The certification process for the CAIH was similar as that for the CIH except that the qualification.

Education: Home health aides must receive formal training and pass a competency test to work for certified home health or hospice agencies that receive reimbursement from Medicare or Medicaid.
