Medical Assistant
Duties and responsibilities:
·         Medical assistants typically do the following:
  • Take patient history and measure vital signs
  • Help the physician with patient examinations
  • Give patient injections as directed by the physician
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Prepare blood for laboratory tests
Salary:$28,000-33,840.
Education: they should needed a high school diploma , and haven’t take biology, and chemistry and anatomy. Medical assistants typically have a high school diploma or equivalent. There are no formal educational requirements for becoming a medical assistant in most states. However, some medical assistants graduate from formal education programs, and employers may prefer such training. Programs are available from community colleges, Some states may require assistants to graduate from an accredited program or pass an exam or both to do advanced tasks, such as taking x rays and giving injections.



Reflection: I would like to be a medical assistant because I like what they do , to help others people and if they would get money.

Paul “bear” Bryant
After breaking the record for career victories by a college football head coach, Paul (Bear) Bryant called himself a tired old man who never got tired of football. When Bryant finally retired, he didn't receive an opportunity to enjoy life away from the game, if that were possible for him. He died 28 days after coaching his la have been eclipsed by Penn State's Joe Paterno and Florida State's Bobby Bowden, Bryant left a legacy that encompassed more than 37 winning seasons overall and five Associated Press national championships at Alabama. No college coach in the second half of the 20th century commanded a bigger presence. Bryant became an icon, a symbol of strength and moral righteousness as much as success.st game. Industrial Hygienist
Duties and responsibilities:
As the industrial hygiene profession itself continued to evolve, it was believed that more people were doing industrial hygiene-like work but would otherwise be unable to qualify for the CIH due to some aspect of their education or experiences. These individuals were still making valuable contributions to the prevention of occupational and non-occupational illnesses. It was felt that professional certification would improve recognition of their contributions by management, employees and the public. ABIH offered the Certified Associate Industrial Hygienist (CAIH) program to meet this perceived need. The certification process for the CAIH was similar as that for the CIH except that the qualification.

Thanksgiving break
In thanksgiving break my mom cooked turkey , Mexican tamales, and Salvadorian pupusas.

My mom`s friends went to eat with us and enjoy the food.my sister and I went to get my little brother. He was with his dad  and we went to take him to home. We laugh  too  them more later , we watched scary movies with friends, family. my mom and my sister went to get too many sodas to eat . I like  Thanksgiving break. and then i do all my missing homework .

Home health Aide
Duties and responsibilities:
·         Helps family members care for the patient by teaching appropriate ways to lift, turn, and re-position the patient; advising on nutrition, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
·         Records patient information by making entries in the patient journal; notifying nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.
·         Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following asepses standards and procedures; maintaining security precautions; following prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards;
·         Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
·         Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
·         Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Salary: 17,000-22,000
Education: Home health aides must receive formal training and pass a competency test to work for certified home health or hospice agencies that receive reimbursement from Medicare or Medicaid. Personal and home care aides, however, face a wide range of requirements, which vary from state to state.
   

Reflection: I would like to be a home health aide because , I can help many old people to do , the things they may need to do . all the day I will take care of the old people
