• Clinical managers perform administrative and medical tasks to make sure their organization is operating smoothly. The clinical manager supervises and delegates tasks to a variety of clinical, administrative, professional and clerical staff members. He manages the everyday management activities and creates and employs policies and procedures. He also oversees the recruitment, professional development and evaluation of staff members. Clinical managers are responsible for creating and maintaining budgets and handling decisions regarding purchasing supplies. Some clinical managers also handle communications for the facilities and attend public meetings.

salary: 30,000-60,000
